Nancy J. Gustafson, M.S., R.D.
Nancy J. Gustafson, M.S., R.D., is a registered dietician and has served as a nutritionist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, clinical dietician at the University of Maryland Hospital and Carle Clinic in Illinois, and nutrition instructor at North Dakota State University. She has authored or coauthored nine books and numerous professional and lay articles on nutrition and health. Nancy lives in Fargo, North Dakota.
